About the process

We will work through the following four steps, to find the solutions and outcomes that work best for you, your family and your circumstances.

Book your first appointment.

We will discuss what you need. If you have serious issues then I can help point you in the right direction. If you would like to discuss matters we can discuss matters, and so on.

During your first appointment:

During your first appointment:

 we discuss any problems you may be facing and define a positive goal. I suggest solution-oriented exercises and ask questions to help you discover and activate your resources and strengths.we outline one subgoal based on your resources and strengths, to be completed by your next appointment. we schedule your next appointment.

During your next appointment:

we discuss any changes that may have taken place. if you feel that further coaching is called for to help you reach your goal, we repeat the final three points of step number 2
